Our online shopping is totally secure and we do not sell, release or disclose any customer information. We ship all items via USPS-Priority Mail.

We have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for parcels up to 3lbs. If your order exceeds this limit, we will contact you via email with the correct amount and ask for a confirmation before we ship your order.

Our minimum shipping rate of $7.50 is for the continental U.S. only. International or orders from Alaska and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping fees. Orders will only be sent via insured International Express.We will contact you by email with the additional charges and ask for a confirmation before we ship your order.

Returns:
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If an order is shipped incorrectly, we will gladly allow for exchanges only. Email us at alohayarn@hawaiiantel.net so that we may arrange for an exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by a print out of your Secure On Line Order Receipt (refer to the checkout form)
